The Zoom H4n is a compact handheld digital recorder for capturing musical sessions, live gigs or even lectures or conferences. It is a more advanced device than the Zoom H2 and with the right and left mics on the same axis it can pick up perfect stereo recordings. There are variable recording patterns and you can record on four channels simultaneously and use the built in mixer for the perfect blend and balance. It is capable of recording high definition audio at 24-bit/48kHz.

This portable device packs in a great range of professional sound recording features. You can record in a variety of WAV or MP3 formats. The device takes SD or SDHC memory cards and depending on the size of your card and quality of your recording you could pack up to 550 hours worth of audio. The fact in records at CD quality with the 2 track recording and 4 track playback features and the range of 50 studio quality DSP effects makes this an essential tool for musicians.
