POLICY Late Cancellation Fee: Any cancellation made during the proceeding day of the booked rehearsal session, will be charged at the full room rental fee for that session. No Show Fee: A no show fee will be charged at the full room rental rate fee for that session missed. Fees: Room rental fees may be subject to change. However any bookings made prior to room rental changes will be honoured at the original room rate. Session Times: May be subject to change! So please always confirm your session time exactly when booking. Dedsound operate a No Smoking and No Alcohol policy on the premises at all times. Dedsound reserve the right to admission and may require a valid photo form of ID. Dedsound will operate a check in and check out system for all room equipment. Dedsound will apply Terms and Conditions to room rentals. Any session booking made assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions. A full copy of Dedsound's - Rehearsal Studio Terms and Conditions is available for viewing at the Rehearsal Studios Reception. Signing of the booking form prior to rehearsal at Dedsound is taken as full acceptance of Terms and Condtions / Policy on behalf of all members of the band using that Rehearsal Room.
